Last December 2025, Likha-iT turned up the lights (literally!) for its Neonverse Year-End Party held at Arcadia Supercade, Makati City and safe to say, it was a night full of glow, games, and great company.

The night kicked off at the Glow Station, where everyone received their glow kits, complete with neon light sticks, arcade tap cards, and their very own glow ball. Each glow ball had a special purpose: employees wrote their names on it, and it served as their official entry for the raffle draw. From the start, the vibe was already exciting, where everyone geared up, glowing, and ready to play.

The program officially began with a Glow Check, where Likha members voted for the Best Dressed of the night. Neon-inspired outfits and glowing accessories took center stage. Right after, the excitement continued with the first batch of raffle draws, where 20 lucky winners took home exciting prizes.

The program then moved on to the Special Awards, recognizing the unique personalities that make Likha even more fun. The Chief Energy Officer (CEO) award was given to the employee who radiates positivity in the workplace, while the Crave-fluencer Award went to the teammate who always gets the team to satisfy their cravings. The #Times-lebrity Award recognized the employee who keeps the #times channel fun, creative, and engaging, and the BIDA Award was given to someone who’s always present, active, and full of energy during internal events.

Dinner was served by Conti’s Restaurant, and it definitely did not disappoint. Guests enjoyed a spread of Signature Salad, Baked Prawns, Roast Beef in Mushroom, Spareribs, and Tiramisu Cake, keeping everyone full and energized for the rest of the evening.

After dinner, the Glow Getter Awards were presented, with winners receiving gift certificates. Another round of raffle followed, with 20 more items given away, keeping the energy high and the crowd excited.

The highlight of the night was the awarding of the major awards. The Hataw Award was given to a team member with less than a year of tenure who has already made a strong impact and shown great potential. The Hanep Award recognized a Likha member who consistently goes above and beyond their role. Both awardees received ₱10,000 worth of gift certificates.

The final batch of raffle prizes brought even more excitement, as big items such as a Phillips Sound Bar, Amazon Echo Show, Nescafe Dolce Coffee Maker, American Tourister Luggage, Kindle, two-door refrigerator, and a 50” TV were given away.

To wrap up the program, everyone joined Sneaky Santa, exchanging gifts using their game character nicknames, adding a fun and playful twist to the night. The celebration continued with the mobile bar by Rue Bourbon, where everyone enjoyed drinks, sang, danced, and played different arcade games.

It was truly a wonderful night for all of us, and it was great to see everyone glow up for this special event. ✨
