Last December, Likha-iT turned up the lights (literally!) for its Neonverse Year-End Party held at Arcadia Supercade, Makati City and it was indeed a night full of glow, games, and great company. The neon theme gave everyone the chance to show a different side of themselves: a side that shines, sparkles, and lights up the party. The vibrant energy of the arcade, the friendly competitions, and the lively atmosphere all came together to create an unforgettable celebration filled with laughter, excitement, and glowing good vibes.

The night kicked off at the Glow Station, where everyone received their glow kits, complete with neon light sticks, arcade tap cards, and their very own glow ball. Each glow ball had a special purpose: employees wrote their names on it, and it served as their official entry for the raffle draw. From the start, the vibe was already exciting, where everyone geared up, glowing, and ready to play. 

The program kicked off with a Glow Check, where Likha members proudly showed off their neon-inspired outfits and cast their votes for Best Dressed of the night. From bold, glowing accessories to creative, head-turning looks, everyone clearly came ready to shine and have fun.

The excitement didn’t take long to build, as the first batch of raffle draws followed right after. With 20 lucky winners taking home prizes, the energy in the room instantly lifted, setting the tone for a night full of surprises and celebration.

The program then shifted to the Special Awards: one of the most entertaining parts of the night, celebrating the personalities that bring extra color and fun to Likha. Cheers and laughter filled the room as each award highlighted the quirks and qualities everyone knows and loves.

The Chief Energy Officer (CEO) Award went to the one who constantly lifts everyone’s spirits, while the Crave-fluencer Award recognized the teammate who’s always leading the next food trip. The #Times-lebrity Award gave a spotlight to the creative mind behind the ever-entertaining #times channel, and the BIDA Award was given to someone who’s always game, always present, and always bringing the energy to every event.

Dinner was served by Conti’s Restaurant, and it was definitely a crowd favorite. It was a nice pause in the evening where everyone got to relax, share a few laughs, and enjoy good conversations with their teammates. The atmosphere felt warm and easy, just people enjoying the moment and each other’s company before jumping back into the program.

After dinner, the energy picked up again with the Glow Getter Awards (Best Dressed), where winners received gift certificates and were cheered on by the crowd. The excitement didn’t stop there, as another round of raffle draws followed, with 20 more prizes given away, keeping everyone engaged and looking forward to what might come next.

The highlight of the night? the major awards! First up was the Hataw Award—think “Rookie of the Year,” but Likha-style. This goes to someone with less than a year in the team who’s already making waves, showing initiative, and impact.

Then there’s the Hanep Award, given to a Likha member who consistently goes above and beyond—not just in what they do, but in how they do it. It’s about showing up with excellence, ownership, and care for the team, day in and day out.

All awardees received gift certificates as a token of appreciation—but more importantly, they were recognized for the dedication, heart, and meaningful impact they bring to Likha each day.

The final batch of raffle draws brought even more excitement to the room, with everyone eagerly waiting and cheering as names were called. It was a fun, high-energy moment that kept the crowd engaged and buzzing, as each draw added to the thrill of the night and gave everyone something to look forward to.

To wrap up the program, everyone joined in on Sneaky Santa, exchanging gifts using their game character nicknames. It added a playful and lighthearted twist, with plenty of laughs and surprises along the way.

The celebration continued with the mobile bar by Rue Bourbon, where the mood shifted into a more relaxed and festive vibe. People enjoyed their drinks, sang along, danced, and made the most of the arcade games, ending the night on a fun, lively, and memorable note.

It was truly a wonderful night for all of us, and it was great to see everyone glow up for this special event. ✨
